dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem "Fenomén kyberšikany u mentálně postižených jedinců" je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část seznamuje s terminologií z oblastí mentálního postižení a její rozdělení. Dále popisuje komunikaci v daných stupních mentálního postižení. Představuje jednotlivé znaky, formy, prostředky a subjekty kyberšikany. Jako poslední nás seznamuje s legislativní úpravou. Praktická část popisuje samotný výzkum, který má kvalitativní charakter. Pro získání potřebných dat byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který byl následně zpracován pomocí interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis "The Phenomenon of Cyberbulling among people with mental conditions" is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents the terminology from the field of the mental handicap, and its division. Further, the thesis describes the communication at given stages of the mental handicap. It presents exact signs, forms, tools and subjects of cyber -bulling. Eventually, it presents the legislative edition of the cyber-bulling. The practival part of the thesis describes the research itself, which has qualitative charakteristics. In order to gain the needed data we used a semi-constructed interview, which was then processed through the interpretative phenomenological analysis
