dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o resilienci pedagogů mateřských škol. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem práce je zjistit míru resilience u pedagogů mateřských škol. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti resilience, povolání pedagoga mateřské školy a pomáhajících profesí. Praktická část popisuje přípravu, průběh a výsledky, které vyplynuly z výzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Data byla získána za pomoci polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s pedagogy státních mateřských škol. Tyto poskytnuté vzorky byly zkoumány pomocí otevřeného a axiálního kódování. V našem výzkumu jsme dospěli ke zjištění, že příčin stresových situací u pedagogů mateřských škol je hned několik. Tyto negativní zkušenosti se ale velmi pozitivně podílejí na psychické odolnosti námi zkoumaných pedagogů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is about resilience of kindergarten teachers. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the work is to find out the degree of resilience in kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts from the area of resilience from profession of kindergarten teacher and helping professions. The practical part describes the preparation, course and results that resulted from the research survey, which was implemented by using qualitative research. The data were obtained with the help of a semistructured interview with teachers of state kindergartens. These provided samples were examined using open and axial coding. In our research, we came to the conclusion that there are several causes of stressful situations by kindergarten teachers. However, these negative experiences is very positively contributing to the psychological resilience of studied teachers.
