dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem týkajícím se vzdělávání dospělých, studiem oboru Sociální pedagogiky a motivací ke studiu sociální pedagogiky na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Teoretická část se věnuje postavením jedince v procesu formálního vzdělávání, zaměřuje se na studijní obor Sociální pedagogika a definuje profesi sociálního pedagoga a jeho uplatnění. V závěru teoretické části je rozebrána motivace, motiv, potřeba a zejména motivace ke studiu. V empirické části je prezentována koncepce a vyhodnocení elektronického dotazníkové šetření, kde cílovou skupinou jsou studenti oboru Sociální pedagogiky kombinované formy studia. Primárním cílem kvantitativního výzkumu bylo zjistit, co motivovalo studenty sociální pedagogiky k tomu začít studovat na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The task of my abstracts deals with the theme regarding education of adults, study in the field of Social pedagogy and motivation for studying of Social pedagogy at Tomaš Baťa University in Zlín. The theoretical part deals with the position of an individual in the process of formal education, it is focused on the subject of Social pedagogy and it defines the profession of the social educationalist and his/her subsequent vocation. At the end of the theoretical part motivations, motifs, requirements and especially a motivation for studies are analyzed. In the empirical part the conception and the evaluation of the questionnaire survey is presented, where the target group are students of the combined form of Social pedagogy. The primary aim of the quality survey was to determine what motivated the student of Social pedagogy to start their studies at Tomáš Baťa University in Zlin.
