| dc.description.abstract |
Předmětem této bakalářské práce byla analýza a řízení neshod ve strojírenském podniku PADOZA, s.r.o., přičemž provedené analýzy vedly k odhalení procesních nedostatků. K eliminaci těchto nedostatků byla navržena nápravná a preventivní opatření. Daná problematika byla řešena na oddělení výroby, poněvadž právě zde se nacházela místa s největším potencionálem pro možná zlepšení. Nedostatky byly řešeny pomocí analýzy výrobního procesu a analýzy řízení neshodného produktu, přičemž v rámci analýzy výrobního procesu byl také zpracován Ishikawa diagram, jenž přispěl k odhalení možných příčin vzniku zjištěného nedostatku na oddělení lakovny. Závěrem byla v práci navržena nápravná i preventivní opatření, jež přispějí ke snížení výskytu identifikovaných nedostatků. Hlavním přínosem této práce je snížení výskytu neshod ve výrobě, zefektivnění výrobního procesu, redukce časového i finančního plýtvání, zdokonalení podnikové kultury a zlepšení řízení kvality celé organizace. |

The theme of the bachelor thesis was the analysis and control of nonconformities in the engineering company PADOZA, s.r.o. when the performed analyzes led to the detection of processional deficiencies. Corrective and preventive measures were proposed to eliminate these nonconformities. Chosen problem was solved in production department because here was the greatest potential for possible improvements. Nonconformities were solved through the analysis of the production process and the analysis of the management of the nonconforming product. In the analysis of the production process, an Ishikawa diagram was also processed, which helped to identify the possible causes of the identified deficiency. In conclusion, corrective and preventive measures were proposed which will lead to a reduction in the occurrence of identified nonconformities. The main benefits of this work are the reduction of the nonconformities in production, streamlining of the production process, reduction of time and financial waste, improvement of corporate culture and improvement of quality management of the entire organization. |
