Táto diplomová práca na tému "Právní ochrana zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele v celní správě Slovenské republiky" rozoberá vzájomné vzťahy medzi týmto špecifickým štátnym orgánom a jeho zamestnancami, kde na jednej strane stoja nezastupiteľné úlohy tejto inštitúcie v oblasti výberu ciel a daní, ale aj ďalšie úlohy, najmä v oblasti ochrany colného územia z hľadiska zákazov a obmedzení pri dovoze a vývoze tovaru a na strane druhej oprávnené záujmy zamestnancov z pohľadu ich ochrany v rámci služobného alebo iného pracovného pomeru. Keďže zodpovednosť colných správ štátov, ktoré vstúpili do Európskej únie, sa rozšírila na spoluzodpovednosť za ochranu celého colného územia tohto spoločenstva a Slovenská republika má navyše zodpovednosť za ochranu vonkajšej hranice Európskej únie a budúceho Schengenského priestoru, zvýšili sa aj nároky na všetkých za-mestnancov colnej správy, zaradených v služobnom pomere colníkov, v štátnozamestnaneckom pomere alebo pracovníkov vykonávajúcich práce vo verejnom záujme. |

This dissertation in the theme of "Legal protection of employee and employer in the customs administration of Slovak republic'q describes interrelationship between this specific state authority and its employees where the unsubstitutable function of this authority in the area of duties and tax collection but also other tasks mainly in the scope of customs area protection from the aspect of prohibitions and restrictions on import and export of goods stays on one site and on the other site there are the professional interests of employees from the point of view of their protection under the service or other labour relationship. As the customs administration liability of the European Union joining countries expanded to joint liability of the whole Union customs area protection and Slovak republic has moreover liability of European Union outside border protection and future Schenghen area, the claims of the all customs administration employees placed in the customs service relationship, labour relation of public servant or workers performing the works in the public interest have increased also. |
