dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je epiziotomie nebo ruptura pohledem porodní asistentky. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám stručnou historií o zavádění epiziotomie do praxe a současné využití. Následuje anatomie, rozdělení porodních poranění, ošetření a péče o porodní poranění a metody prevence porodního poranění. Hlavním cílem mé praktické části bylo zjistit, zda porodní asistentky provádějí epiziotomii rutinně nebo na základě indikace. Práce je zpracována na základě kvantitativního výzkumu za pomoci polostrukturovaného dotazníku. Dotazník byl určen pro porodní asistentky po celé české republice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor thesis is the episiotomy or the incision of the perineum from a midwife's point of view. The thesis has two parts; theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains a brief history about the first use of episiotomy and its current uses. Anatomy, types of birth injuries, treating of birth injuries and subsequent care of these; and different forms of prevention of birth injuries are described next.The main goal of the thesis was to find out whether midwives perform episiotomy routinely or on the basis of indications. Quantitative research with semistructured questionnarie was used for the purpose of the thesis's goal. The questionnarie was designed for midwifes across all Czech Republic.
