dc.description.abstract	Předmětem práce je ověřit znalosti pojmu peer na jednotkách intenzivní péče u zdravotnických pracovníků. Vymezit pojem SPIS. Teoretická část se zabývá stávajícími poznatky o této problematice, dále se zaměřuje na relaxační metody pro zdravotníky a současnou problematiku COVID-19 a její dopad na psychiku zdravotníků. Průzkumná část je zpracována metodou kvantitativního šetření. Data byla získána pomocí nestandardizovaných dotazníků a jejich následnou analýzou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this work is to verify the knowledge of the concept of peer in intensive care units for healthcare professionals. Define the term SPIS. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with current knowledge on this issue. It also focuses on the recommendation of relaxation methods for healthcare professionals and the current issue of covid-19 and its impact on the psyche of healthcare professionals. The practical part of the work is processed by the method of quantitative survey. Data were obtained using non-standardized questionnaires and their subsequent analysis.
