Bakalářská práce s názvem "Genderová socializace dětí v mateřské škole z pohledu učitelek" pojednává o problematice genderového působení na děti v prostředí předškolní vzdělávací instituce. V teoretické části se zabývám vysvětlením základních pojmů jako je sociologie a socializace. Dále se zabývám pojmy z genderové problematiky, jako je gender, feminita, maskulinita, genderová socializace, genderová identita, genderové stereotypy a v neposlední řadě také teoriemi vzniku pohlavní a genderové identity. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu. Výzkumná data byla získána za pomocí čtyř interview učitelek mateřských škol. Dále byla zpracována pomocí otevřeného kódování do kategorií, jejich dimenzí a vlastností. |

The bachelor's thesis "Gender socialization of children in kindergarten from the perspective of teachers" deals with the issue of gender impact on children in the preschool environment. In the theoretical part I deal with the explanation of basic concepts such as sociology and socialisation. I also deal with the concepts of gender issues, such as gender, femininity, masculinity, gender socialization, gender identity, gender stereotypes and, last but not least, theories of the origin of gender and gender identity. The empirical part presents the results of qualitatively oriented research. The research data were processed with the help of four interviews of kindergarten teachers. It was further processed using open coding into categories, their dimensions and properties. |
