Práce se věnuje otázce stárnutí obyvatelstva a s tím spojených problémů v oblasti důchodů, zaměstnanosti, vzdělávání, pedagogického procesu i sociálními důsledky. Popisuje některé skutečnosti v rámci Evropy a situaci v České republice. Závěry uvedené v teoretické části týkající se dalšího vzdělávání jsou ověřeny prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Autor v této části hodnotí výsledky jednotlivých odpovědí a porovnává je se svými závěry uvedenými v kapitolách, které jsou teoretické a popisují na základě dostupné literatury situaci v České republice. Autor hodnotí i použitou metodologii dotazníku. |

The thesis deals with population aging and related problems in the fields of retirement, employment, education and pedagogical process as well as with the social consequences of the phenomenon. The author presents some of the issues within European framework, focusing on the situation in the Czech Republic. The conclusions provided in the theoretical part concerning further education are supported by interviews. The data from the questionnaires are evaluated and compared to writer's analysis based on his interpretation of the bibliography available on the Czech Republic. Methodology applied for field research has also been assessed. |
