Předmětem diplomové práce "Systémy německé územní správy" je popis historického vývoje územně samosprávních celků v Německu po současný stav a popis moderní německé veřejné správy z pohledu organizace a působnosti. V teoretické části autor pojednává o: vývoji samosprávních celků v Německu, dnešním politickém systému v Německu, správě na zemské a místní úrovni a v neposlední řadě se zde autor zmiňuje o modelech obecní správy. V praktické části autor analyzuje současné problémy německé územní správy a porovnává je s problémy české územní samosprávy. |

The subject of my thesis "The systems of German territory administration'q is a description of historical development of German self-governing units up to now and a description of modern German public administration, viewed from its organization and its agency . In the theoretical part, the author deals with the progress of autonomous units in Germany, a current political system in Germany, municipal and local administration and last but not least, the author refers to the prototypes of municipal administration. In the practical part, the author analyses current problems of German territory administration and he compares them with problems of Czech territory self-government. |
