dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá "Specifiky práce všeobecné sestry v Armádě České republiky v období pandemie COVID-19". Pandemie COVID-19 ovlivnila zdraví a životy miliónů lidí po celém světě. Velká zátěž spočívá na systémech zdravotní péče, zejména na poskytovatelích zdravotních služeb. Jsou to především všeobecné sestry, které hrají důležitou roli v boji proti pandemii COVID-19 a při ochraně zdraví. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici vlastního onemocnění COVID-19, pandemii a související pojmy. Dále popisuje roli vojenské sestry během pandemie při poskytování péče o pacienty, roli vojenských záchranářů při posilování krajských hygienických stanic a mobilních odběrových týmů. Pro praktickou část práce je využito kvantitativního šetření pomocí dotazníku. Účastníky dotazníkového šetření byly všeobecné sestry, které působí v Armádě České republiky minimálně po dobu tří let. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit a analyzovat rozdíly v činnostech všeobecných sester Armády České republiky v době pandemie COVID-19. Dílčí cíle se zaměřují na "vztah" pandemie COVID-19 a všeobecných sester AČR v oblasti změny organizace práce, odlišností v četnosti provádění jednotlivých činností, vlivu na psychický a fyzický stav a celkového vnímání samotné pandemie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with "Specifics of Work of a General Nurse of the Czech Armed Forces during the COVID-19 Pandemic". The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the health and lives of millions of people all around the world. There is a heavy burden on healthcare systems, especially on healthcare providers. They are mainly nurses who play an important role in a fight againts COVID-19 pandemic and in a health protection. This thesis is divided into to two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of Coronavirus disease, pandemics and related terms. It also describes the military nurse's role during the pandemic in providing care for patients, the role of military paramedics in strenghthening the Regional Hygiene Stations and Mobile Sampling Teams. For the practical part of the thesis a quantitative research is utilised, using a questionnaire survey. Participants in the questionnaire survey were General nurses who have been working in the Army of the Czech Republic for at least three years. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out and analyze the differences in the activities of the General nurse of the Army of the Czech Republic during the COVID-19 pandemic. The partial aims of the bachelor thesis are focused on conncetion between COVID-19 pandemic and general nurses of the Army of the Czech republic in the area of work organisation, differences in the frequence of performing particular activities, effect on physical and psychological health and perception of the pandemic itself in generall.
