Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem specifik sociální služby s názvem Romská policejní asistence ve městě Brně. Tento pilotní projekt realizuje příspěvková organizace Drom, romské středisko. V teoretické části je popsán koncept sociálního vyloučení, skupiny osob ohrožené sociálních vyloučením a rizikové oblasti, se kterými se sociálně vyloučení, převážně Romové potýkají. V této oblasti je také nastíněná otázka kriminality spojovaná s romskou komunitou, dále pak možné nástroje řešení problematiky sociálně vyloučených Romů, jako jsou terénní sociální práce a konkrétně projekt policejních asistentů. Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na popis služby Romská policejní asistence ve městě Brně, ze tří perspektiv a to: poskytovatelů služby Romská policejní asistence, klientů jako příjemců služby a zástupců Policie České Republiky. Při poskytování této služby jde vzájemné oboustranné poznávání romské komunity a příslušníků Policie ČR. |

My minor thesis deals with a research of specific aspects of social services called "Romská policejní asistence ve městě Brně'q (Romani police assistance in Brno). This pilot project is provided by an allowance organization Drom, a Romani association. The theoretical part describes a concept of social exclusion, groups of people endangered by a social exclusion and risky areas which the socially excluded, especially the Roma people, face. In this context a question of criminality connected with the Romani community and possible tools for solving the issue of socially excluded Roma people, such as street-work and particularly the project of police assistance, are also mentioned. The practical part consists of a qualitative research aimed at a description of the services of the Romani police assistance in Brno project from three perspectives: from the perspective of the providers of the Romani police assistance services, clients as addressees of the services and representatives of the Czech Republic Police. While providing this service, it is about getting to know each other - both on the side of the Romani community and the representatives of the Czech Republic Police. |
