Diplomová práce je zaměřena na úspěšnou integraci osob z ústavní péče na trh práce. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje výkonu ústavní výchovy, problematice odchodu z ústavní péče a přechodu do samostatného života. Její závěr je zaměřen na integraci na pracovní trh. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jaké jsou životní příběhy osob z ústavní péče úspěšných na trhu práce. Životní příběhy byly zpracovány formou narativní analýzy. |

The aim of the practical part was to find out what are the life stories of people from institutional care successful on the labour market. The life stories were processed in the form of a narrative analysis. |
