dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním operátorů v oblasti krizové komunikace a krizové intervence obecně. Za pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu zjišťuje názory operátoru na vzdělávání v těchto oblastech a jejich zkušenosti při komunikaci s lidmi v akutní krizové situaci. Práce si klade za cíl navrhnout změny či rozšíření kurzů pro příslušníky sloužící na operačních střediscích Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the education of operators in the field of crisis communication and crisis intervention in general. With the help of quantitative research, it finds out the operator's views on education in the crisis intervention and their experience in communicating with people in an acute crisis situation. The thesis aims to propose changes or extensions of courses for firefighters serving in the operational centers of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.
