Tato práce se zabývá problematikou genderu pohledem dětí základních škol. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola vysvětluje pojmy jako např. gender, genderové role, genderová identita. Druhá kapitola se zabývá především genderem v rodinném životě. Třetí kapitola se týká genderu ve vzdělání a volby povolání. Poslední kapitola se je zaměřena na problematiku genderu na trhu práce a diskriminaci žen. Praktická část se pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu zabývá zjištění pohledu žáku na problematiku genderu v oblastech školství, zaměstnání a rodinném životě. |

This work deals with the issue of gender from the perspective of primary school children. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains four chapters. The first chapter explains concepts such as gender, gender roles and gender identity. The second chapter deals mainly with gender in family life. The third chapter deals with gender in education and career choices. The last chapter focuses on gender in the labour market and discrimination against women. The practical part deals with finding out students' perspectives on gender issues in education, employment and family life through quantitative research. |
