dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zefektivněním pracovní činnosti na Integrovaném operačním středisku. Teoretická část bude věnována vysvětlení základních pojmů spojených s řešenou problematikou. Praktická část bude věnována popisu operací a procesů probíhajících na Integrovaném operačním středisku a zhodnocení pracovní činnosti. Identifikace rizik spojená s touto činností bude provedena metodou pozorování, dotazníkovým šetřením a využitím diagramu příčin a následků. Analýza rizik bude provedena na základě snímkování pracovního dne, dále bude využita metoda What-if rozšířena o matici rizik. Na základě ní dojde k ohodnocení rizik a vyhodnocení těch nejzávažnějších. Výstupem práce bude návrh zefektivnění analyzované pracovní činnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the streamlining of work activities at the Integrated Operations Centre. The theoretical part will be devoted to the explanation of basic concepts related to the problem. The practical part will be devoted to the description of operations and processes taking place at the Integrated Operations Centre and the evaluation of work activities. The identification of risks associated with this activity will be carried out by observation, questionnaire survey and the use of a cause and effect diagram. The risk analysis will be carried out on the basis of a snapshot of the working day, and the What-if method will be used, augmented by a risk matrix. This will be used to rank the risks and evaluate the most serious ones. The output of the work will be a proposal for the improvement of the analysed work activity.
