dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu controllingových činností ve firmě NTS Pro-metal Machining, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou popsány funkce controllingu, předpoklady pro správné fungování controllingu ve společnosti a nástroje operativního controllingu. Praktická část obsahuje představení firmy NTS Prometal a analýzu konkrétních podmínek fungování controllingu v této společnosti. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou podány návrhy a doporučení, které mohou být firmou využity ke zlepšení systému controllingu.	cs

The theoretic part speaks about the controlling functions as well as the tools of operative controlling and the expectations of proper controlling functionality. The practical part contains the presentation of the NTS Prometal company and the analysis of controlling functions in the specific environment of the company.
