dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Pohled práce sociálních pracovnic orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí (dále jen OSPOD) s dětmi umístěnými v dětském domově. Cílem práce je, popsat zákonné možnosti sociálních pracovníků OSPOD při práci s dětmi umís-těnými v DD a porovnat je se zkušenostmi sociálních pracovníků OSPOD s potřebami dětí v DD. V teoretické části popisujeme zákonné možnosti pracovnic OSPOD, postavení dětských domovů vůči SPOD a vývojová stádia dětí. Praktická část se zabývá výzkum-ným šetřením, analýzou získaných dat, její následnou interpretací a závěrem ve kterém poukazujeme na možnosti řešení dané problematiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the view of social workers in the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children (ASLP) working with children placed in a children´s home. The aim of the thesis is to describe the legal possibilities of ASLP social workers when working with children placed in a children´s home and to compare them with the experience of ASLP social workers in the children´s needs. In the theoretical part we describe the legal possibilities of ASLP workers, the position of children´s homes in rela-tion to ASLP and the developmental stages of children. The practical part deals with re-search, analysis of data obtained, its subsequent interpretation and conclusion in which we point out the possible solutions to the problem.
