Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem rodinného prostředí na páchání trestné činnosti mladistvých v obvodu Prahy 3. Práce je rozdělena do dvou části. První teoretická část obsahuje poznatky z odborné literatury, popisuje rodinu, deliktní jednání mládeže, specifické znaky trestné činnosti mládeže, druhy trestních opatření, které zákon určuje k uložení, dále práci Probační a mediační služby a v neposlední řadě práci Orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí - kurátorů pro mládež. Praktická část se skládá z několika částí. Jedna část pojednává o případových studiích třech jedinců, kteří spáchali jako mladiství trestnou činnost, byli uznáni vinnými proviněním a byl jim uložen dohled. Jako dokreslení případových studií je tato část doplněna zprávami probační pracovnice, která s jedinci spolupracuje. Pro pohled na tuto problematiku "z druhé strany", je dále v diplomové práci uveden rozhovor se soudkyní Obvodního soudu pro Prahu 3 a státní zástupkyní Obvodního státního zastupitelství pro Prahu 3, které mají na starosti agendu mladistvých a se třemi probačními pracovnicemi, kterým jsou pokládány všeobecné otázky ohledně rodinného prostředí mladistvých. |

This thesis deals with an influence of family environment on commission of criminal activity of juvenile in the District of Prague 3. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part contains knowledge from special literature, describes a family, juvenile delinquency, specific signs of a criminal activity of juvenile, sorts of criminal precaution, which low determinate to a punishment, work of a probation and mediation service and last but not least Authority of a social and legal protection of children - probation officers for juvenile. The practical part is consists of a several parts. One part deals with case studies of a three persons, which committed a crime as a juvenile, were found guilty and were inflicted by a court supervision. This part is amended by report of a probation officer, who cooperate whit these persons. Another point of view is in attached interviews with a judge from the District court of Prague 3 and a prosecutrix of the District prosecution of Prague 3, which take care of an agenda of juvenile. There are also interviews with other three probation workers, which are asked about juvenile's family environment. |
