dc.description.abstract	Obsahem diplomové práce je proces strategického řízení firmy a klíčové faktory, které řízení ovlivňují, přičemž hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout projekt implementace systému Balanced Scorecard do systému řízení ve společnosti Odetka a.s. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy a poznatky ve vztahu ke strategickému řízení firmy a současně je v této části obecně popsán koncept systému Balanced Scorecard jako moderního nástroje managementu podniku. Praktickou část tvoří část analytická a část projektová. Na základě výsledků provedených analýz, které vytvářejí obraz současné situace společnosti Odetka a.s., je v praktické části navržen projekt implementace Balanced Scorecard jako systému vyvážených ukazatelů výkonnosti podniku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the diploma thesis is a process of company strategic management and key factors which influence the management but the main aim of this thesis is to propose the Project of Balanced Scorecard implementation into management system in Odetka joint-stock company. The theoretic part is focused on the main conceptions and knowledge in relation to the company strategic management on the basis of reasonable literature and at the same time there is the draft of the Balanced Scorecard system described as a modern tool of the company management. The practical part comprises analytical and project sections. On the basis of the analyses results which create view character of the contemporary situation in Odetka joint-stock company the Project of Balanced Scorecard implementation is proposed in the practical part as the system of the company balanced measurements.	en
