Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o právech dítěte v právním systému ČR. V první části se práce zabývá vedle historického vývoje práv dítěte jejich filozofickými a sociálními východisky. Dále byly rozebrány jednotlivé prameny práv dítěte jednak na úrovni mezinárodní a evropské, jednak české prameny, a to zejména s důrazem na Úmluvu OSN o právech dítěte, která tvoří jejich základ. Závěrečná část podává výklad o nejvýznamnějších právních institutech, sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a institucím, které zajišťují prosazování a ochranu práv dětí. |

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the rights of the child in the Czech legal order. The first part of the thesis explores the historical development of the rights of the child and philosophical and social bases of the rights. Furthermore, sources of law of the rights of the child both from the international and European as well as from the Czech level are explained, emphasising the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child which underlies the rights. The final part of the thesis provides detailed information regarding the core legal institutes, social law child protection and institutions enforcing and protecting the children's rights. |
