dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá vytvoření projektu inovace vybraných nástrojů controllingu ve vybrané společnosti XY. Navržené inovace controllingových nástrojů vycházejí z teoretické části diplomové práce, která se věnuje poznatkům v oblasti controllingu. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části praktické části diplomové práce je provedena analýza současného stavu využívání controllingových nástrojů ve vybrané společnosti. V druhá část praktické části je zaměřena na navrhnutí zlepšení controllingových nástrojů společnosti XY. Implementace vybraných nástrojů vede k zefektivnění a podpoře řízení společnosti. V závěru práce je uvedeno zhodnocení časové a ekonomické náročnosti projektu a jeho rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with creating a project for innovating selected controlling tools in a chosen company, XY. The proposed innovations of controlling tools are based on the theoretical part of the thesis, which focuses on knowledge in the field of controlling. The practical part is divided into two sections. In the first part of the practical section of the thesis, an analysis of the current state of using controlling tools in the chosen company is carried out. The second part of the practical section focuses on proposing improvements to the controlling tools of company XY. The implementation of selected tools leads to the efficiency and support of the company's management. In conclusion, the work provides an evaluation of the project's time and economic requirements and its risks.
