dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kolorektálního karcinomu. Cílem práce je zjistit, informovanost veřejnosti nad 50 let o kolorektálním screeningu, zdali se programu účastní a jak jsou informováni o tomto zhoubném onemocnění. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá epidemiologií, rizikovými faktory, příznaky, diagnostikou a léčbou kolorektálního karcinomu. Dále se věnuje screeningu kolorektálního karcinomu a adresnému zvaní do tohoto programu. Praktická část je realizována kvantitativním výzkumným šetřením pomocí techniky dotazníku a zaměřuje se na osoby starší 50 let, kteří spadají do tzv. cílové populace kolorektálního screeningu. Výstupem z bakalářské práce je informační leták s informacemi o kolorektálním screeningu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of colorectal cancer. The aim of the thesis is to find out what attitude the public has towards colorectal screening, whether they participate in the programme and how they are informed about this malignant disease. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with epidemiology, risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. It also discusses colorectal cancer screening and targeted invitation to this programme. The practical part is carried out by quantitative research using a questionnaire technique and focuses on people over 50 years of age who fall within the so-called target population of colorectal screening. The output of the bachelor thesis is an information leaflet with information about colorectal screening.
