Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu spokojenosti žen po mastektomii s používáním prsních epitéz. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií prsu, popisem karcinomu prsu, léčbou karcinomu, jež zahrnuje jak léčbu chirurgickou - mastektomii, tak léčbu nechirurgickou. Dále se zabývá prsními epitézami, jejich hlavním účelem, historií, variantami, dostupností a komplikacemi při jejich používání. Praktická část popisuje výsledky výzkumného šetření provedeného pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Účastnily se ho pouze ženy po ablaci prsu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit míru spokojenosti žen s používáním prsních epitéz po mastektomii. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of women's satisfaction with the use of breast prothesis after undergoing mastectomy. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the breast, description of breast cancer, treatment of breast cancer which includes both surgical treatment - mastectomy, and non-surgical treatment. It also discusses breast prosthesis, their main purpose, history, variations, availability and complications of their use. The practical part describes the results of a research investigation conducted using a non-standardized questionnaire. Only women who had undergone breast ablation participated. The aim of the study was to determine the level of women's satisfaction with the use of breast prosthesis after mastectomy. |
