dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči o geriatrické pacienty s primárním onemocněním chronické srdeční selhání a je podložena případy z praxe. Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty s chronickým srdečním selháním je v praxi velmi častá, náročná, ale také specifická, a proto je důležitá důslednost a znalost ošetřovatelského procesu. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, popsat a analyzovat ošetřovatelskou péči u geriatrických pacientů s primárním onemocněním chronické srdeční selhání. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na samotné onemocnění srdeční selhání, na ošetřovatelský proces a na specifika ošetřovatelské péče u geriatrických pacientů. V praktické části byl využit kvalitativní výzkum formou případových studií, které dokumentují ošetřovatelskou péči pacientů na geriatrickém oddělení s daným onemocnění. Praktickým výstupem práce je ošetřovatelská mapa péče.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is devoted to the nursing care of geriatric patients with the primary disease chronic heart failure, and is supported by cases from practice. Nursing care of patients with chronic heart failure is very common, challenging but also specific in practice, and therefore consistency and knowledge of the nursing process is important. The main aim of this study is to identify, describe and analyze the nursing care of geriatric patients with the primary disease chronic heart failure. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the heart failure disease itself, the nursing process and the specifics of nursing care in geriatric patients. The practical part used qualitative research in the form of case studies to document the nursing care of patients in a geriatric ward with the disease. The practical output of the work is a nursing care map.
