dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na význam biografie v péči o člověka s Alzheimerovou chorobou, a především na roli všeobecné sestry při tvorbě biografie u konkrétního klienta v pobytovém zařízení. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První kapitola teoretické části práce se zaměřuje na staří a demenci, přičemž poukazuje i na obecná specifika přístupu k osobám s touto nemocí. Druhá kapitola popisuje Alzheimerovou chorobou a možnostmi diagnostiky a léčby. Třetí kapitola se zabývá biografickým modelem péče a jeho koncepty a poslední kapitola teoretické části práce specifikuje roli všeobecné sestry při aplikaci biografie do praxe. Praktická část popisuje metodologii kvalitativního výzkumu a použitou techniku, polostrukturovaný rozhovor.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor thesis focuses on the importance of biography in the care of people with Alzheimer's disease, and especially on the role of the general nurse in creating a biography for a particular client in a residential facility. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the elderly and dementia, pointing also to the general specifics of the approach to people with this disease. The second chapter describes Alzheimer's disease and the possibilities of diagnosis and treatment. The third chapter deals with the biographical model of care and its concepts and the last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis specifies the role of the general nurse in the applying biography to practice. The practical part describes the qualitative research methodology and the technique used, the semi-structured interview.
