dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na etické aspekty ošetřovatelské péče u seniorů. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak sestry nahlíží na etiku v ošetřovatelství, jaké dodržují zásady v poskytování péče u seniorů a co vnímají ve své praxi jako etické problémy. V teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska etiky, význam etických principů v ošetřovatelství a charakteristika péče o seniory. Empirická část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu prostřednictvím zakotvené teorie v rovině otevřeného kódování. Bakalářská práce je uzavřena analýzou získaných dat.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the ethical aspects of nursing care for the elderly. The aim of the thesis was to find out how nurses view ethics in nursing, what principles they follow in providing care to the elderly and what they perceive as ethical issues in their practice. The theoretical background of ethics, the importance of ethical principles in nursing and the characteristics of elderly care are described in the theoretical section. The empirical part is based on qualitative research through grounded theory in an open coding framework. The thesis concludes with an analysis of the data collected.
