dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku ženských a mužských sociálních rolí a následné výchovy dětí vlivem genderových stereotypů. Pomocí studia odborné literatury byl vyjádřen teore-tický model výchovy, který vede k přejímání tradičních mužských a ženských rolí ve společnosti. V praktické části - empirickém výzkumu - se věnuji konkrétní roli ženy a muže z pohledu rodičů pečujících o předškolní dítě v současné rodině.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma work focus on the problem of men and women's social roles and consequent child upbringing under the gender stereotype. The theoretical form of upbringing was for-mulated with the help of speciál literature, and it shows to adapt the traditional woman and men's role in the society. In the practical part - empirical research- I devote to the factual role of a woman and a men as parents upbringing a pre-school child in the present family.	en
