dc.description.abstract	Předložená práce zkoumá práci asistentů pedagoga v mateřských a základních školách s důrazem na odlišné pojetí jejich profesní činnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů a teoretická východiska v oblasti předškolního vzdělávání. Hlavním cílem je popsat různá pojetí profesních činností a pochopit rozmanitost subjektivního vnímání vybraných asistentů pedagoga. Práce také zjišťuje hlavní důvody, proč se rozhodli tuto profesi vykonávat. Typ výzkumu je kvalitativní. Metodou sběru dat je polostrukturovaný rozhovor, získaná data jsou analyzována metodou otevřeného kódování. V závěru jsou výsledky porovnány a poskytují užší pohled na různorodost profesních činností asistentů pedagoga v mateřských a základních školách, přispívají k hlubšímu pochopení jejich pracovní reality. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou uvedena doporučení pro praxi v závěru práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis examines the work of teaching assistants in kindergartens and primary schools with an emphasis on different concepts of their professional activities. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of concepts and theoretical background in the field of preschool education. The main aim is to describe different conceptions of professional activities and to understand the subjective perception of selected teaching assistants. The thesis also identifiesthe main reasons why they decided to practice this profession. The type of research is qualitative. The method of data collection is a semi-structured interview, obtained data is analyzed using the open coding method. Finally, the results are compared and results of this work provide an in-depth look at the variety of professional activities of teaching assistants in kindergartens and primary schools and contribute to a deeper understanding of their working reality. Based on the research findings, recommendations for practice are provided at the end of the thesis.
