Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na fungování nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež. Cílem práce je objasnit chod těchto zařízení. V teoretické části práce jsou popsána samotná zařízení, náplň činnosti, jejich cílová skupina a sociální pracovníci. Praktická část práce je věnována výzkumnému šetření, které bylo realizováno v padesáti zařízeních v České republice. Pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku, doplněného o otázky vlastní konstrukce, bylo realizováno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření zaměřené na pracovní hodnoty pracovníků v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on the functioning of Low-threshold Facilities for Children and Youth. The aim of the thesis is to explain the operation of these facilities. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the facilities themselves, their activities, their target group and social workers. The practical part of the thesis is focused on a research, which was carried out in fifty facilities in the Czech Republic. Using a standardized questionnaire, supplement with additionally created questions, a quantitative research was carried out, focusing on the employees' work values in the Low-threshold Facilities for Children and Youth. |
