dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se snažil stručně popsat podmínky spolupráce Městské policie hl. m. Prahy s Policií české republiky. Zmiňuji jednotlivé zákonné normy, které upravují tuto spolupráci a poukazuji na nejdůležitější prvek - lidský faktor. Přístup každého jednotlivce na jakékoliv úrovni je stěžejní pro správné spolupůsobení a vzájemné doplňování svých činností. Závěrem poukazuji na chybějící článek v celorepublikovém měřítku, který by sjednocoval obecní a městské policie na úroveň ministerstva vnitra či policejního prezídia a mohl by jako rovnocenný partner s výše uvedenými orgány jednat.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my dissertation I tried to describe shortly conditions of the cooperation of Town Police of the Capital Prague with Police of the Czech Republic. I make a mention of individual rules of law, which regulate this cooperation and I point at the most important element - a human factor. The access of each individual on any level is pivotal for the right interaction and the mutual refilling of their activity. In fine I point at the missing link in statewide scale, that would unite regional and town police on a level of the Department of Home Affairs or Police Headquarters and that could negotiate with above-mentioned organs like an equipollent partner.	en
