Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit jaké jsou potřeby učitelů mateřských škol s využitím různých teorií potřeb. Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit téma profesních potřeb učitelů v mateřských školách a zjistit, jakých potřeb mají či nemají učitelé dostatek. Bakalářská práce s názvem Profesní potřeby učitelů mateřských škol je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje celkem tři kapitoly. Je zaměřena na teoretické seznámení s profesními potřebami i pracovní motivací. Objevují se zde pojmy jako spokojenost, výkonová motivace, vedení, školská politika, potřeby učitelů či pracovní prostředí. Součástí bakalářské práce je také výzkum, prováděný za účelem zmapování profesních potřeb učitelů v MŠ. Jeho výsledky jsou využity pro analýzu praktické části mé bakalářské práce. |

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out what are the needs of kindergarten teachers using different needs theories. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to clarify the topic of professional needs of kindergarten teachers and to find out what needs teachers have or do not have enough of. The bachelor's thesis entitled Professional Needs of Kindergarten Teachers is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains a total of three chapters. It focuses on the theoretical introduction to professional needs and work motivation. Concepts such as satisfaction, performance motivation, leadership, school policy, teachers' needs and the working environment appear here. The bachelor thesis also includes research conducted to map the professional needs of kindergarten teachers. Its results are used to analyse the practical part of my bachelor thesis. |
