dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem kvality života, kdy se konkrétně zaměřuje na pacienty se střevní stomií v produktivním věku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje anatomii zažívacího traktu. Druhá kapitola se zaobírá definicí střevní stomie, předoperační přípravou pacienta a možné komplikace po operaci. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části je věnována popisu kvality života a jak je možné jej posoudit. Praktická část je zpracována pomocí kvalitativní studie za pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pacienty v produktivním věku, kteří mají onemocnění střev a následně jim byla část střeva vyvedena na povrch břišní stěny.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of quality of life, focusing on patients with intes-tinal stomas in their productive age. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter covers the anatomy of the digestive tract. The second chapter deals with the definition of intestinal stomas, preoperative patient preparation, and possible complications after surgery. In the third and final chapter of the theoretical part, we discuss what quality of life is and how we assess it. The practical part is conducted through a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews with patients in their productive age who have intestinal diseases and have had a part of their intestine brought out to the surface of the abdominal wall.
