Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci osob bez přístřeší v procesu reintegrace, kteří využívají služeb azylového domu. Cílem práce je zjistit, skrze poodkrytí životních příběhů, jaká je motivace osob bez přístřeší k jejich reintegraci, jaké faktory ovlivňují zmíněnou motivaci a jakou mají osoby bez přístřeší představu o své budoucnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje charakteristiku bezdomovectví, reintegraci osob bez přístřeší do majoritní společnosti a možnosti pomoci osobám bez přístřeší. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu ze sedmi polostrukturovaných rozhovorů uskutečněných v několika vybraných azylových domech. Důraz byl kladen na aktuální pohled samotných osob bez přístřeší na jejich situaci, identifikaci bariér, podpory a samotnou motivaci, což vyúsťuje do jejich následného způsobu jednání v reintegraci. |

The diploma thesis focuses on the motivation of people without shelter in the process of reintegration who use the services of a shelter. The aim of the thesis is to find out, through the exposure of life stories, what is the motivation of people without shelter to their reintegration, what factors influence the mentioned motivation and what is the idea of the future of people without shelter. The theoretical part defines the characteristics of homelessness, the reintegration of people without shelter into mainstream society and the possibilities of helping people without shelter. The practical part contains the results of qualitative research from seven semi-structured interviews conducted in several selected shelters. The focus was on the actual perspective of the people without shelter themselves on their situation, the identification of barriers, support and the motivation itself, which results in their subsequent way of acting in reintegration. |
