Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením bolesti u geriatrických pacientů nelékařskými zdravotnickými pracovníky ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Cílem bylo vyhledat a analyzovat aktuální publikované výzkumné studie, které se zaměřují na hodnocení bolesti u geriatrických pacientů používaných ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Na základě těchto studií byla vytvořena přehledová studie a návrh doporučení pro klinickou praxi. V teoretické části je popsán geriatrický pacient, charakterizována bolest, její typy a hodnotící škály. Praktická část popisuje dosažení stanovených cílů. Z vyhledaných studií vyplynulo, že mezi nejrozšířenější nástroje pro hodnocení bolesti u geriatrických pacientů patří Numerická hodnotící škála, Vizuální analogová škála a Verbální deskriptivní škála. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment of pain in geriatric patients by non-medical healthcare workers in healthcare facilities. The aim was to find and analyze current published research studies that focus on the assessment of pain in geriatric patients used in healthcare settings. Based on these studies, a review study and draft recommendations for clinical practice were created. In the theoretical part, a geriatric patient is described, pain, its types and rating scales are characterized. The practical part describes the achievement of set goals. The searched studies showed that among the most widely used tools for pain assessment in geriatric patients are the Numerical Rating Scale, the Visual Analogue Scale and the Verbal Descriptive Scale. |
