dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života pacienta s lumboischiadickým syndromem a jejím cílem je zjistit míru omezení v oblasti kvality života a wellbeingu u pacienta s danou diagnózou.Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu kvality života, vymezení pojmů a teoretických východisek u onemocnění lumboischiadického syndromu a seznámení se specifiky ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s danou diagnózou. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky kvantitativní metody sběru dat formou standardizovaného dotazníkového šetření. Ke sběru dat byly vybrány dotazníky WHOQOL-BREF a ODI 2.1a.Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsou navržena konkrétní režimová opatření a bude vypracován edukační materiál pro pacienty.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the quality of life of a patient with lumboischiadic syndrome and it aims to determine the degree of limitations in the quality of life and well-being of the patient with the given diagnosis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is aimed at defining the concept of quality of life, defining the concepts and theoretical background of lumboischiadic syndrome, and introducing the specifics of nursing care in a patient with the diagnosis. The practical part contains the results of the quantitative method of data collection in the form of a standardized questionnaire survey. WHOQOL-BREF and ODI 2.1a questionnaires were chosen for data collection. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, specific regimen measures are be proposed and educational material for patients will be developed.
