dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou porodního plánu. Cílem této práce je vyhledat a analyzovat dostupné informace o porodním plánu. Dílčí cíle jsou popsat a porovnat jednotlivé porodní plány, komponenty porodních plánů a zjistit, jak implementace komponentů porodního plánu ovlivňuje průběh porodu a poporodní adaptaci novorozence. Na závěr bude vyhotoven vzorový porodní plán. Pro tuto bakalářskou práci byla zvolena metodika přehledové studie. Na hodnocení a porovnání bylo zvoleno 27 odborných článků a 6 porodních plánů, z nichž byly interpretovány výsledky. Porodní plán umožňuje ženám dát najevo jejich preference a přání ohledně porodu. Může být také dobrým komunikačním prostředkem mezi ženou a zdravotnickým personálem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of birth plan. The main objective of this thesis is to find and analyze available information about the birth plan. Specific aims include describing and comparing various birth plans, identifying the components of birth plans, and find out the impact of implementing birth plan components on the course of labor and neonatal postpartum adaptation. A sample birth plan will be developed as a culminating outcome. A comprehensive literature review methodology was adopted for this thesis. 27 scientific articles and 6 birth plans were selected for evaluation and comparison, and their findings were interpreted. Birth plans empower women to express their preferences and wishes regarding childbirth. They can also serve as an effective communication tool between women and healthcare providers.
