Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kolagenní hydrolyzát a jeho využití v kosmetice. Teoretická část uvádí vlastnosti kolagenu a jeho využití. Dále popisuje kolagenní hydrolyzát, možné zdroje pro jeho výrobu. Praktická část práce se věnuje přípravě kolagenních hydrolyzátů z různých zdrojů, následně jejich charakterizaci. Kolagenní hydrolyzáty byly aplikovány do kosmetických formulací, u kterých byla hodnocena jejich mikrobiologická bezpečnost, vliv na hydrataci, transepidermální ztrátu vody a pH, dále byly hodnoceny senzoricky a v neposlední řadě byla měřena jejich viskozita. |

This thesis focuses on collagen hydrolysate and its use in cosmetics. The theoretical part presents the properties of collagen and its applications. It also describes collagen hydrolysate, possible sources for its production. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the preparation of collagen hydrolysates from various sources, followed by their characterization. The collagen hydrolysates were applied to cosmetic formulations, where their microbiological safety, effect on hydration, transepidermal water loss and pH were evaluated, as well as their sensory evaluation and last but not least, their viscosity was measured. |
