Tématem této diplomové práce je Vymáhání nedoplatků orgány Celní správy ČR. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé teoretické pojmy, které souvisí s procesem vymáhání nedoplatků a exekučním řízením. Je proveden výčet a zjednodušený rozbor legislativy na základě, které celní orgány vykonávají tyto činnosti. V praktické části je popsán způsob vzniku nedoplatků v rámci jednotlivých činností, které spravují celní orgány a způsoby vymáhání těchto nedoplatků. Dále je sumarizován stávající stav v této oblasti a jsou navržena určitá řešení problematických oblastí souvisejících s vymáhání nedoplatků v rámci stávající právní úpravy. |

Subject matter of this graduation thesis is excise of arrears of payment by customs office of Czech Republic. In the theoretical part are described particular theoretical conceptions which are reconcilable with the process of excise of arrears of payment and self-adapting control.There is listing of simplified analysis of legislation on the base,which custom authority administer these activities.In the practical part is described the way of creation of arrears of payment in scope of single activities which are administered by customs authorities and the ways of excise of these arrears of payment. Further is summarized current status in these area and are suggested certain solutions of problematic areas reconcilable with excise of arrears of payment in scope of existing law fitting. |
