dc.description.abstract	Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu profesních hodnot vychovatelů, kteří pracují v dětských domovech, a využívá kvantitativního přístupu za pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část se zabývá významem hodnot v profesní sféře s důrazem na kontext dětských domovů a roli vychovatelů v této oblasti. Primárním cílem výzkumu je popsat, které hodnoty vychovatelé považují za nejvýznamnější v rámci jejich pracovního prostředí. Výsledky studie by mohly přispět k lepšímu porozumění hodnotových preferencí vychovatelů a poskytnout podporu a rozvoj v oblasti profesního růstu při péči o dětí umístěných v dětských domovech.
