dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o tématu vlivu ředitele základní školy na spolupráci mezi asistentem pedagoga s učitelem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních oblastí, které se s daným tématem pojí, čímž je vymezení pozice asistenta pedagoga, učitele a ředitele základní školy a také je jedna kapitola věnována samotné spolupráci mezi asistentem pedagoga s učitelem. Prostřednictvím kvalitativně orientovaného empirického výzkumu, kde volíme případovou studii, je cílem analyzovat vliv a zjistit, jaké je působení ředitele základní školy na spolupráci mezi asistentem pedagoga s učitelem. Data získaná prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru byla analyzována pomocí otevřeného kódování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the topic of the influence of the primary school principal on the cooperation between the teaching assistant and the teacher. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic areas related to the topic, which are the definition of the position of the teaching assistant, the teacher and the primary school principal, and there is a chapter dedicated to the cooperation between the teaching assistant and the teacher. Through qualitative empirical research, where we have chosen a case study, the aim is to analyze the influence and find out the impact of the primary school principal on the collaboration between the teaching assistant and the teacher. The data collected through semi-structured interview was analyzed using open coding.
