dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu služeb zubní ordinace ve Starém Městě u Uherského Hradiště. Cílem teoretické části bylo zpracování literární rešerše týkající se daného tématu a následná tvorba teoretických východisek pro praktickou část bakalářské práce. Cílem praktické části byla analýza současných služeb poskytovaných zubní ordinací a spokojenosti pacientů s těmito službami pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu v podobě dotazníkového šetření. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou také doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení současných služeb poskytovaných zubní ordinací a spokojenosti pacientů s těmito službami.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the services of a dental practice in Staré Město u Uherského Hradiště. The aim of the theoretical part was to elaborate a literature search related to the topic and the subsequent creation of theoretical background for the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The aim of the practical part was to analyse the current services provided by the dental practice and the satisfaction of patients with these services by means of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The bachelor thesis also includes recommendations leading to the improvement of the current services provided by the dental practice and patient satisfaction with these services.
