Organické kyseliny budou popsány se zaměřením na svou chemickou strukturu,přirozený výskyt a antimikrobiální charakter.V další části budou popsány enteropatogenní mikroorganismy ( třídy Enterobacteriaceae ) a jejich citlivost na organické kyseliny.Antimikrobiální účinky mohou být popsány také. |

This work will be elaborated as a literary search. The organic acids will be described with focus on its chemical structure, natural occurrence and antimicrobial characteristics. In next parts will be characterized enteropathogenic microorganisms (family Enterobacteriaceae and other bacteria) and their sensitivity to organic acids. The antimicrobial effects of other substances may be described too. |
