Diplomová práce se zabývá organizací práce na vybraném středisku v rámci návaznosti na budoucí implementaci automatizace na středisko. Hlavní cíl této diplomové práce je vytvoření nových tří kompetenčních modelů, které budou připraveny paralerním přecházením na budoucí změny na středisku. Na základě uceleného pohledu byly eliminovány konkrétní činnosti, které již nebudou třeba po implementaci automatizace. A za pomoci metod snímku pracovního dne, rozhovorů, brainstormingů, Ishikawa diagramu a analýzy potřeb byly navrhnuty kompetenční modely současně se směnným modelem, který byl definován jako dílčí cíl. Dalším z cílů práce byl vznik nové pracovní pozice s vymezením předběžně definovaných činností. Výsledky analýz odhalují nedostatky v současných procesech a identifikují tak návrhy pro zlepšení. Navržené kompetenční modely pracovníků se prolnou do směnného modelu kapacitních potřeb a přinesou společnosti přínos v podobě jednoznačného využití lidských zdrojů na středisku a jejich odpovědnosti pro další práci. |

The diploma thesis deals with the organization of work at the selected centre in connection with the future implementation of automation at the centre. The main objective of this thesis is to create three new competence models that will be ready for parallel transition to future changes at the centre. Based on a holistic view, specific activities that will no longer be needed after the implementation of automation have been eliminated. And using the methods of snapshot of the working day, interviews, brainstorming, Ishikawa diagram and needs analysis, the competency models were designed in parallel with the shift model, which was defined as a sub-goal. Another objective of the work was the creation of a new job role with the definition of predefined activities. The results of the analyses reveal gaps in the current processes and thus identify suggestions for improvement. The proposed competency models of the workforce will blend into the shift model of capacity needs and will benefit the company in the form of a clear use of human resources at the centre and their responsibilities for future work. |
