V teoretické části popisuji základní činnosti, kterými se řízení lidských zdrojů zabývá a dále se zaměřuji na moderní metody řízení kvality. Rozebírám základní pojmy, které jsou důležité pro pochopení celého tématu, jako: lidské zdroje, organizace, správa, členění správy a moderní metody řízení kvality. V praktické části se zaměřuji nejprve na zkoumání spokojenosti a priorit ekonomicky aktivních obyvatel celé České republiky. Provádím šetření týkající se řízení lidských zdrojů v územních samosprávách Jihomoravského kraje a popisuji zde používané moderní metody řízení lidských zdrojů. V závěru vyjadřuji vlastní názor k problematice a uvádím doporučení, ke kterým jsem vypracováním diplomové práce dospěla. |

In the teoretic part I have desribed the basic activities of the human resources management. Thereinafter I have focused on the modern methods of the quality control. I have analysed the basic conceptions, which are important for understanding of the whole subject, such as human resources, organization, administration, administration divisions and the modern methods of the human resources management. In the practical part I have foremost focused on the research of the contentment and priori-ties of the economically active Czech population. I have carried on an investigation about the human resources management in the municipal authorities of the South-Moravian region. I have described the modern methods of the human resources management, that are used here. At the close I have emited my own opinion about the issue and I have introduced the recommendations, as the results of my elaboration. |
