dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou porozumění vztahu vychovatele k dítěti v dětském domově. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - na teoretickou a praktikou část. Teoretická část této práce je věnována ústavní a ochranné výchově, kde jsou popsány základní pojmy. Dále je představena struktura a fungování zařízení ústavní a ochranné výchovy. V následující části je popsán kontext dětských domovů, přičemž se zaměřujeme na jejich poslání a faktory, které vedou k umístění dítěte do těchto zařízení. Jako poslednímu tématu se v teoretické části věnujeme roli vychovatele v dětském domově, jeho náplni práce, kompetencemi a osobností. Pozornost je věnována i vztahu mezi vychovatelem a dítětem a důležitosti důvěry a stanovení hranic v rámci tohoto vztahu. Praktická část je realizována formou kvalitativního výzkumu pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaká byla cesta vychovatelů při navazování vztahu k dětem v dětském domově.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of understanding the relationship between the educator and the child in the children's home. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to institutional and protective education, where the basic concepts are described. Furthermore, the structure and functioning of the institution of institutional and protective education is presented. In the following part, the context of children's homes is examined, focusing on their mission and the factors that lead to the placement of a child in these institutions. As the last topic, the theoretical part focuses on the role of the educator in the children's home, his/her job description, competences, and personality. Attention is also paid to the relationship between the educator and the child and the importance of trust and setting boundaries within this relationship. The practical part is carried out in the form of qualitative research using semi-structured interviews. The aim of the thesis is to find out what the educators' journey was in establishing a relationship with the children in the children's home.
