Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálními a skautskými kompetencemi. Zaměřuje se na jejich charakteristiku a vzájemné propojení. Stanovená metodika je zaměřená na zjištění, zda jsou členové organizace vedeni k sociálním kompetencím, a zda jsou motivováni k dobrovolnictví. Na základě vyhodnocení dotazníků lze vyvodit dopad skautské výchovy v rámci sociálních kompetencí a dobrovolnictví. |

The bachelor thesis deals with social and scout competences. It focuses on their characteristics and interrelationship. The established methodology is aimed at finding out whether the members of the organization are guided towards social competences and whether they are motivated to volunteer. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaires, the impact of scout education in terms of social competences and volunteering can be deduced. |
