dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá projektovým řešením zavedení controllingových nástrojů ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část práce mapuje oblast controllingu, jeho historii, trendy a rozdělení. Praktická část práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí, a to část analytickou a projektovou. V analytické části je představena vybraná Skupina firem a provedena analýza vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí Skupiny včetně PESTLE a SWOT analýzy. Dále je provedena analýza ekonomické situace a současného stavu využívání controllingových nástrojů Skupinou. V projektové části je představen projekt zavedení vybraných controllingových nástrojů ve Skupině. Součástí práce je zhodnocení ekonomické náročnosti, přínosy, rizika projektu a závěrečné doporučení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis deals with a project solution for the introduction of controlling tools in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis maps the area of controlling its history, trends and division. The practical part of the thesis is divided into two parts, namely the analytical part and the project part. In the analytical part, the selected Group of companies is introduced and the analysis of the external and internal environment of the Group is carried out, including PESTLE and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, an analysis of the economic situation and the current state of the use of controlling tools by the Group is made. In the project part, the project of introduction of selected controlling tools in the Group is presented. The work includes an assessment of the economic requirements, benefits, risks of the project and final recommendations.
