dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku RhD aloimunizace v těhotenství, která představuje závažný imunologický problém s možnými negativními důsledky pro plod i novorozence. Práce se zabývá vybranými krevními skupinovými systémy a imunologickými mechanismy, které mohou během těhotenství vést k tvorbě protilátek, a identifikuje související rizikové faktory. Dále popisuje možnosti prevence imunologických komplikací, význam fetomaternální interakce a strategie sledování a vedení těhotenství u rizikových pacientek. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována novorozeneckým komplikacím spojeným s imunitními reakcemi, jejich klinickým projevům, diagnostice a léčbě. V bakalářské práci je také zdůrazněna role porodní asistentky v oblasti prevence, edukace a mezioborové spolupráce. Cílem práce je poukázat na význam včasné diagnostiky a komplexní péče při zvládání rizika RhD aloimunizace.

It also describes options for preventing immunological complications, the importance of fetomaternal interaction, and strategies for monitoring and managing pregnancy in high-risk patients. Special attention is paid to neonatal complications associated with immune reactions, their clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment. The bachelor thesis also emphasizes the role of midwives in prevention, education, and interdisciplinary cooperation. The aim of the thesis is to highlight the importance of early diagnosis and comprehensive care in managing the risk of RhD alloimmunization.
