dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhledáním, popisem a analýzou odborných studií zaměřených na punkci ascitu v paliativní péče. Byla zpracována metodou přehledové studie. V teoretických východiscích se zaměřuje na definici paliativní péče, etiologii a patofyziologii vzniku ascitu, terapeutické možnosti a specifika péče o pacienty s ascitem v paliativní péči. Pozornost je také věnována úloze všeobecné sestry, která se podílí na přípravě pacienta, asistenci při výkonu, edukaci, sledování komplikací a poskytování ošetřovatelské péče po výkonu. Výsledky práce potvrzují klíčovou roli při zajišťování komplexní péče o pacienty s ascitem v paliativní péči.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on search, description and analysis of scholarly studies dealing with paracentesis in palliative care. It was conducted using the method of a review study. The theoretical background addresses the definition of palliative care, the etiology and pathophysiology of ascites, therapeutic options, and specific aspects of nursing care for patiens with ascites in a palliative context. Attention is also paid to the role of the general nurse, who is involved in patient preparation, assistance during the procedure, education, monitoring of complications, and the provison of nursing care after the intervention. The results of the thesis confirm the key role of the nurse in ensuring comprehensive care for patients with ascites in palliative care.
